First attempt at larger throwing

As I was attempting to work larger, the work called to mind shapes and styles of Pinxton Pottery and I began to think about the social worth of clay. How , in like any industry there is a massive social difference from one side of the factory floor to the other.

As part of the experimentation to see how large I could throw I considered a more traditional shape to attempt like the work seen of Pinxton pottery.
