Submit Health and safety forms and proposal for WIP exhibition

So I have an idea about how I want this thing to look and where it should go, mainly due to safety I have chosen an area which has no through footfall. The downside is that in order to control the light I need to blank out a window. I am submitting the proposal as soon as I can so that it can be looked over by the H&S team for problems and so that the site team are ready and available to stud the wall. This is what I hope the work should look like.....I have submitted two images to highlight what I think the benefits of the work will be.
