Surprise meeting with the City Mayor at the Cultural Congress Centre

So we went to see the other location Marions' work was installed, at the cultural congress center. We were then told the City Mayor would be meeting her for an inauguration and that we should dress up as it was a prestigious event. The work was custom installed inside an old salt drying kiln by the curator. This not only made me think about who the work is made for and why but also how the can be shown in another type of environment altogether.
